Allogene Therapeutics (“Allogene”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) respects your privacy and we want you to be familiar with how we collect, use, share, or otherwise process, your Personal Data.  This Privacy Notice is meant to help you understand our privacy practices when you visit our website and interact with us online or offline, such as when you participate in our programs, services, or have other business interactions with us (collectively “Services”).  Your access to and use of the website constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Notice and consent to Allogene's collection and use of your information as outlined below.

We use your Personal Data for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, and for purposes which are reasonably compatible with the ones described in this Privacy Notice.  We may also use your Personal Data if we have a legal right or obligation to do so.

 

COLLECTING AND USING YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide your information, such as when you contact us with inquiries or register for access to Services provided by Allogene. We collect different types of information depending on the Services provided.  For example, we may collect:

  • Contact Information: first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, and other contact information you choose to provide to us
  • Demographic Information: age, date of birth, location
  • Professional Data: Professional affiliations, specialty, NPI
  • Employment history
  • Information collected through tracking technologies: IP address or other online identifiers
  • Other information you may choose to share with Allogene

  • Refer you to specific organizations that may provide information on how to participate in clinical trials
  • Recruit for employment purposes
  • Refer you to publicly-available resources related to the therapeutic areas or other medical or scientific areas that Allogene Therapeutics is developing, per your written request.

  • To provide support-related activities

In course of offering our Services we may also collect and process Personal Data that is of a sensitive nature, including, for example:

  • Medical treatments, medications, and test results

We may use your Sensitive Personal Data, as necessary, to:

  • Provide and manage clinical research opportunities, patient support programs and other Services

You can opt out of these communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of promotional email communications, as applicable.

 

OUR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION WE SHARE WITH THIRD PARTIES:

Allogene is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.

Legal Requirements: Allogene may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (I) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Allogene Therapeutics, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

Service Providers: Service Providers refers to third-party vendors, suppliers, or other individuals or companies with which we have contracted to provide Services, for example,  information technology, website hosting, payment processing order fulfillment, customer services, background screenings,  recruitment and employment-related activities.  Additionally, we may work with third party collaborators in the development of our therapies.

When we share Personal Data with Service Providers, we require that they use your data only for the purposes we've authorized, and for the limited reasons explained in this Privacy Notice. We also enter into agreements with these Service Providers to require them to protect your Personal Data appropriately.

 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA

Your Personal Data may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities, affiliates, or in which we engage Service Providers. We will only transfer your Personal Data where we have established a legal basis, but you should not use this website or our Services if you do not want your Personal Data potentially transferred, or otherwise processed, in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country. You may have the right to request access to, or deletion of, your Personal Data under state or other jurisdictional law (e.g., EU General Data Protection Regulation). These rights may only apply in certain circumstances. This means that we may be unable (e.g., due to legal requirements) or not obligated to satisfy your request.

In some cases, we may need to collect additional information from you in order to verify your identity before providing you access to or deleting your information, such as a government-issued identification. Allogene Therapeutics will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, but we may not be able to provide you with Services that you have requested if we are not able to use your information.

CHILDREN

Our Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13, and we will not intentionally collect any Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any information about yourself. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to Allogene, please contact us. We encourage all parents and guardians to monitor their children’s use of the Internet.
